Premium Pump Services – Refund Policy

At Premium Pump Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional service at every visit. If you are dissatisfied with your experience or encounter an issue, please review the policy below.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Performed
You were charged, but no service was provided due to a technician-related issue. - Service Error
A PPS technician failed to perform the agreed-upon service or made a verifiable error (e.g., incorrect tire pressure adjustment, missed inspection item).
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Completed Services
If the service was performed correctly and in accordance with your selected plan. - Fuel Charges
Fuel and charging costs are non-refundable once dispensed, regardless of service satisfaction.
- Subscription Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions
Non-refundable once any service has been completed during the billing cycle. - Annual Subscriptions
May be refunded on a pro-rated basis, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if no services were used during the billing year. - Deactivation for Non-Payment
Accounts may be suspended or deactivated due to missed payments.
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team via the app or website within 7 days of the service date. Include the following:
- The service date and time
- A brief description of the issue
- Any relevant photos or documentation (if applicable)
Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
- Our Commitment
We stand by our service standards. If a service fails to meet expectations due to an error or omission on our part, we will offer:
- A full or partial refund, or
- A complimentary re-service, based on the situation.
