Premium Pump Services – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Premium Pump Services (“PPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
PPS provides on-site automotive services including fuel delivery, basic inspections, tire inflation, battery diagnostics, and light exterior cleaning at participating pump locations. These services are limited in scope and performed by attendants who are not certified automotive mechanics.
2. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to the following:
- You authorize PPS attendants to access under your vehicle’s hood to perform visible checks.
- You agree to keep your vehicle accessible, stationary, and safe to service at the scheduled time.
- You will provide accurate vehicle, payment, and contact information when signing up.
- You agree to receive communication via app alerts, emails, or text messages regarding your services.
3. Service Limitations
- PPS does not enter the interior of vehicles under any circumstances.
- We check but do not replace fluids or batteries.
- Fuel and charging costs are billed separately and are non-refundable once administered.
- Services are limited to inspection and diagnostics; repairs, fluid changes, or part replacements are not offered.
4. Payment and Subscription Terms
- Charges are processed at the time of service or according to your subscription plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
- Missed payments may result in suspension or deactivation of your account.
- A reactivation fee may apply for suspended accounts.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- Services canceled less than 30 minutes before the appointment may be non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for completed services or fuel dispensed.
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if unused, less a cancellation fee.
6. Safety and Conduct
- PPS reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if the vehicle is unsafe, in an inaccessible location, or if there is any threat to staff safety.
- Customers must treat attendants respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in account termination.
7. Availability and Changes
- Service availability may vary based on location, weather, or demand.
- PPS reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, features, or pricing at any time, with or without notice.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, non-payment, abuse of service, or at our discretion for any reason.
9. Liability Disclaimer
PPS is not liable for:
- Mechanical issues unrelated to the services performed
- Damage resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions
- Loss of use, data, or indirect damages
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
10. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the service was rendered. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
